Experience that shapes our approach.
Before establishing Solar Shine Co., our founder served in the Royal Australian Navy as a Clearance Diver trainee, before going on to work as a qualified commercial diver.
Commercial diving and military environments demand a high level of discipline, risk awareness, planning, teamwork and attention to detail. Safety is not something that can be compromised, and that mindset continues to influence the way Solar Shine Co. operates today.
We apply the same principles to our solar work — assessing the job properly, using appropriate equipment, working methodically and maintaining a high standard of safety throughout the process.

Safety is at the centre of everything we do. Our background in military and commercial diving has reinforced the importance of risk assessment, proper planning, appropriate equipment and disciplined work practices.
We do not believe in taking shortcuts to save time. Each job is assessed based on the property, access, roof conditions, equipment and scope of work so that the work can be completed as safely and efficiently as possible.
